Articles published by IJCI are freely available online without a subscription or reader fee. No submission fees or article processing charges (APCs).

This license permits use, distribution, adaptation, and reproduction in any medium, including commercial use, provided appropriate credit is given to the original work, a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated.
Author rights
Authors retain copyright in their published scholarly work. The open license allows broad reuse while preserving the requirement for attribution to the original authors and publication.
How to reuse IJCI content
When reusing material, cite the original article, identify the authors and journal, include the article URL or DOI when one has been registered, and link to the CC BY 4.0 license. Do not imply endorsement by the authors or journal.
