International Journal of Clinical Innovation (IJCI) is owned and independently self-published by Juan Pablo Dugarte. It is not an official publication of the University of Southern California or any other academic institution.

Editorial correspondence is handled at editorial@ijcinnovation.org. Use of this site does not create an employment, agency, institutional, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship with IJCI, its editors, reviewers, contributors, or affiliated institutions.

Articles, videos, policies, educational materials, and other content are provided for scholarly and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or professional clinical judgment. Readers remain responsible for verifying information and applying it appropriately to their circumstances.

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use portal access only for the role for which it was granted. Submission of a manuscript or application does not guarantee peer review, acceptance, publication, appointment, reviewer assignments, or continued service.

Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, permissions, ethics, authorship, disclosures, and lawful submission of material they provide. Reviewers and editors remain bound by confidentiality, conflict-of-interest, and research-integrity requirements described in IJCI policies.

Website design, branding, policy text, and other site material are protected as applicable and may not be copied in a misleading manner or used to imply endorsement. Published scholarly articles remain subject to the license stated on each Version of Record. IJCI's standard open-access license is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), under which authors retain copyright unless a published article states otherwise.

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access confidential manuscripts or personal data without authorization, interfere with journal systems, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, scrape protected portal data, misuse reviewer identities, or use IJCI branding to make false claims about appointment, indexing, endorsement, acceptance, or publication.

IJCI may link to DOI resolvers, ORCID, repositories, file-sharing platforms, social networks, research profiles, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself constitute endorsement.

IJCI may modify, correct, suspend, or discontinue website functions when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, editorial integrity, or operational reasons. Published scholarly records are handled under the journal's correction and retraction policies rather than being silently altered.

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. The public journal website does not intentionally deploy advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Essential authentication or security technologies may be used by journal portals and infrastructure providers. If IJCI introduces non-essential tracking in the future, the public disclosures and consent controls will be updated as required.

IJCI works to maintain accurate and available services but cannot guarantee that every page, external link, file, portal, or third-party integration will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Users should retain their own copies of manuscripts, reviews, correspondence, and source materials where appropriate.
